Saxion among the 50 best employers of the Netherlands

Loyalty and colleagues get the highest scores

Saxion features at number 44 of the list of the best employers of Dutch companies with more than 1000 members of staff. Movares occupies the top position. With an average report mark of 7.4 our staff members are more than satisfied with their employer. The survey was conducted by Effectory, which, on the basis of a employee survey, compares companies with one another. Almost 370 companies have been scrutinised in the course of the survey.

Four subjects were assessed; leadership, possibilities for development, engagement, and atmosphere at work. Subjects in which Saxion scores exceptionally well are loyalty and colleagues.

With an overall score of 7.1 Saxion outshines other universities of applied sciences and universities in the
Incompany200 survey. Saxion staff members experience their job in a positive way (7.2). This includes the satisfaction and challenge involved in the job and the level of independence within which they are allowed to operate. The career prospects at Saxion score even higher (7.4). This includes career and promotion opportunities, career counselling and personal development.
